I have never had a more caring or wonderful dentist and staff as I had at MooreSmiles today. I have an infection and a bad abscess so both dentists looked at it, did X-rays, prescribed antibiotics and steroids and then we worked out a plan for extracting those teeth and the others that we to be removed. Everyone was just fantastic and they really care about their patients. MooreSmiles is now my dentist and it’s the best dental office!

The dentist heard my concerns and was able to give me the news I wasn't expecting, is was better than I thought. I can't wait to get the work needed. An update , on my second appointment I was in some great pain, the doctor knew of my concern and he got to work right away, never felt any discomfort by the dentist and when he said he was done. I was so relieved, thanks Moore Smiles you people know how to make a person feel comfortable. I can't wait for some other work to be done. This coming from a person who my worst fears were dentist, it was like a horror movie when I had to go. No Moore at Moore Smiles. An update I had my front teeth taken care of, one one my concerns was pain and the doctor made sure I didn't have any. He took good care of and made sure my concerns where understood. Another update 1 month later I had 2 root canals done, never felt any pain except for the tooth itself bothering me. Dr Bonnie was super, I highly recommend the dentists at Moore Smiles. I can't say enough about Moore smiles, the staff and the dentist there are fantastic and professional, they do care about your well being and your smile.

THREE’S A CHARM! I’m somewhat new to the area. The first dentist a tried I liked but didn’t love. So when a problem came up moore smiles came highly recommended. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get in for three weeks. So, I went to another dentist. My treatment was was going to be extensive and the estimated cost was over $4000. I forgot to cancel my appointment with Dr. Moore. So when it came up I halfheartedly went just to seek a second opinion. Thank Goodness I Did!! I wasn’t particularly happy to be there but as soon as I walked in the staffs professionalism put me at ease. Dr. Moore was great! She explained my problem was not that big of a deal and her associate Dr. Devine ( he is also awesome) was able to see me and fix the problem while I was there.. for less than $200. Seriously… Less than $200! So “three was the charm” for me! The whole practice is fantastic! I highly recommend!

Moore Smiles is excellent!!! I was in a terrible spot when I broke my dentures; but Moore Smiles (Dr. Devine) came to my rescue. Everyone, from the receptionist that I first spoke with on the phone to the one who checked me out, was absolutely fantastic. First I was told the dentists were fairly booked, but after the receptionist heard my situation she asked if I could be there by 10 am (it was then 9:15 am). Being relatively close I was able to get there on time and they took me right in. I was able to get my denture fixed and Dr. Devine painstakingly started the process for new dentures. I have a very sensitive gag reflex, but Dr Devine was so gentle and accommodating with my issue as he did the impressions. I also want to mention the dental assistants that work at Moore Smiles; they are great about staying with you while you are waiting to see the dentist. I wasn't left alone in a cold sterile room for an extended period, like most doctor's offices, while the dentist was caring for other patients. I am eagerly waiting for my new dentures, if the quality is as good as the attention given to their patients I will be exceedingly happy! I highly recommend Moore Smiles for all your dental needs.

I am new to the area and woke up with jaw and mouth pain from an inflamed wisdom tooth area. I called for an appointment and due to a cancellation, they were able to get me in the same day. The staff members were all so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Dr Devine was also very friendly and reassuring. Would definitely recommend to anyone who normally doesn’t like going to the dentist. I was in and out with an exam, X-rays and a referral to a surgical center within about 40 minutes.

My wife is not a fan of dentists to put it lightly, and has put off going for over a year until the pain was just too much to take and my wife is one tough cookie. She went today for a first consult and discovered why she was in such pain and immediately took action to ease her suffering. The doctors, hygienists, and everyone there really took the time to make her feel comfortable and start making progress for her treatment. The doctor even skipped lunch to remove the 2 worst teeth and never rushed and really put her first. Thats says and means a lot to both of us. We have found our dental home. This was my first visit because I am a new patient after moving to TN permanently at the end of March. Because of the pandemic I missed my semi annual check up & was worried about what my teeth & gums would look like. Fortunately, my hygienist, Kathy, was really friendly & did the x-rays & cleaning while explaining everything. She made me feel comfortable & relaxed. Dr. Moore is so much like my previous dentist of 25 years. She went over everything while examining my teeth & answered all of my questions. I always hated going to the dentist, but with the staff being so friendly, my future visits won't be so traumatic.
